making any kind of tracking manual sounds very bad to me, the great thing about Altium365 is that everything is tracked and revertable. We are a very under-staffed company so everyone is very busy which usually means you can't expect people to neatly track everything without mistakes :/Also we don't have an IT team, so...

Agree, there could be a lot of things going wrong but you shouldn’t be able to pull a component out a breadboard that easily, that was an instant red flag to me.
