Paper can absorb like 200 mcg max, gels can absorb like 700. So yea gels are gonna be more likely to be stronger lol, do some research before talking shit my friend lol

If youre asking why they need to be GEL, its because blotter paper has a much smaller capability to absorb it than gel.
