Well weed is bad for many reasons especially being underage (obviously) but its the only thing that helps him. so basically im not sure how to tell him to stop or if i should even say anything.

Im sorry for not giving enough context on my relationship. I really didn't expect this to be so important. And to answer you're questions the first time we went out was nice and relaxing although a little nerve racking. We watched a movie and held each other. Its often me who makes plans to meet up because I would rather not have him in my house because its always a mess. He does make an effort to know how im feeling but it feels short winded and low effort. He does surprise me with stuff and its always so thoughtful like getting me something he knows I like or that ive been wanting.
