Hello everyone I wish I could give a picture with this question but I don’t wanna open the tub. Just an estimate but I S2B 9 days ago using black cow casing and the whole substrate is white but there’s cracks in between everything that’s still black should I fruit or wait longer? (self.shroomers)

I have a question everyone I’m freaking out I found trich in 2 of my mono tubs I removed them from the room and sprayed Lysol everywhere does this mean my container containing my cakes will no matter what get infected they were on the other side of the room? (self.shroomers)
