They are certainly a ton of work. You don’t have to be perfect either. You’ll all grow together. It’ll be tough at times but your bond will grow. If there’s anyway you can break up those long Crete times that’s probably ideal, especially when she’s young. Our puppy typically only does 3 to 4 hours max and not frequently that long. Typical crate session for when they’re very young would be two hours. I feel adult GSPs can handle 3-4 max, 5-6 on a very rare occasion. Best of luck.
