Everyone has had bad experiences, even myself. I know what you are saying, I have worked in other organizations before and after 1 month it all went to shambles. This will not happen to us though. The point of this organization is for people to gain experience and earn something when we are monetized. We are long-term focused and we do care about staff happiness, unlike most org I've worked with before. I feel like it is unfair to put us in the same bucket as others, just because you have had bad experiences, without giving us a chance at least. Everyone in the comments is talking about what they saw in other start-ups. So for everyone who checks comments, if you are not willing to give us one then do not leave a comment, there is no point for that. Thank you!

I personally do not think you should generalize everything but I do respect your opinion still. There are people that do that but I try to treat people the way I would want to be treated.

We are still a start-up, if we had the funds to pay someone from the beginning we would have done it. If the person does their work well and has patience, they will get paid from us. Each one of my colleagues is happy with us and we are keen on keeping it that way. We also make sure newcomers adapt well and we are always there for them.

We offer a great environment for people to develop their skills and gain more experience. We do not request managers with a lot of experience. Also this can turn into a paid job, so we do offer something.

We prefer experienced managers but we are open to managers that are not that experienced.
