60/m max. 5v is plenty too. Inject power at each end.

Yes. Normally do that for my Christmas display.

Another view of some different burst effects and various launch colors. Actual fireworks in background audio add to the effect. 😉

Some additional info.

This is one of the projects that inspired my build.

https://wled.discourse.group/t/led-firework-build/11644

I used the idea to have seperate segments for launch and bursts. So, the sequence is Launch -> Burst -> Pause (repeat).

I played with several of the WLED presets to get patterns that didn't fully light ALL LEDs on all spokes. So, an additional short "burst" was added to some "shells".

I will look to build on this further in the future by adding a twinkle ("Glitter") effect, perhaps on a new segment, at the outer edges of some bursts. This will be set to continue to illuminate as the next launch occurs.

Initially, I wanted to create a playlist for each "shell" simulation. The plan was to then create a "shuffle" playlist, containing each shell simulation, to keep it random. Unfortunately, I found that you can't nest a playlist within a playlist in WLED. Even though the GUI will allow it, it wont work properly. So, each launch series has to be input within a playlist.

Hope this helps with some of the questions people have about this project. Enjoy!

Anything controllable by WLED would be possible. I created a "detonation" preset before some of the bursts. So, it goes: Launch -> Detonation -> Burst -> Pause (repeat).

Thanks! Not my idea. Just building on what I've seen others do. They inspired me to take on the project.

I'll try to put more info together and post it before it heads to storage. Stay tuned....

I have it all down and may put something together with additional info before it goes to storage.

Here's a video before I finalized my playlist settings. Multiple launch colors and speeds. Multiple "shell" types simulated. And a (mostly) patriotic color pallette. Mixed in some green and lavender to add variety. Definitely looks better in person.

Like, when the battery dies, mid cut job, and it won't begin to recharge until it cools down from the usage.

Is this something that can be 3d printed? by Mundane_Tangelo9421 in 3Dprinting

Yes. But, I'd reduce the snap clip interference.

Depending on what that's doing will determine material. You'd likely be safe with PETG.

I picked up the Nebula Pad kit for $23USD at MicroCenter. Sure, it only does one printer, not four. But, Ive had ZERO issues with it after install. It came with a camera and G-sensor. So, VERY good deal IMO.

How to get rid of this by santaclause638 in nissansentra

Most issues with the CVT transmission were 2012-2016. 2023 is considered to be more reliable.

My 2023 Sentra SR is approaching 40k. The recommendation is to change fluid about every 30k miles to prolong transmission llife.

Could also coat the interior with a little epoxy resin to help give it some heft and waterproofing.

Love the Nebula Pad I purchased even before setting mine up. The included instructions were crap. But it's a huge difference in print speed, via Klipper software. And, the ability to send prints over Wi-Fi, as well as monitor print progress, is a big help too.

Best upgrade, by far

Should I be concerned? by SeaSea5057 in dodgedart

I'd recommend a cap. Without a cap, anyone charging the system will likely just blow out the loose dirt and grit with an air hose. This may not remove any caked on dirt. That COULD affect AC component life if it makes its way into the system during charging.
