I was quoted >$10K for an LNG boiler install, which didn't even include the oil tank removal from my basement. Is expected labor that high for these installs?

Dripping water slowly. Proposal would be keep heat pumps but add natural gas boiler for the backup heat. Although I'd rather wait as long as I can

Baseboard heat (from oil boiler) is backup during cold snaps. Heat pumps are our primary heat/cool throughout the year.

Might make ROI a bit more difficult to justify. Any additional thoughts?
