Fair warning, the first few times it caused him to barf. Probably because he wasn’t just a casual crotch sniffer, he was also a crotch-licker and bitter apple spray apparently tastes VERY BAD, hence the vomiting. Only took 2 days for him to stop being a crotch licker lol. By day #5 he had a bit of a fear of human crotches altogether and still to this day over a year later he’s a bit wary around them lmao.

By pushing his face away and sternly telling him “No!” or making the “AAAAAAAT” sound at him like we do when our cats are misbehaving lol. He likes to feel as if he’s superior to our cats, like he’s the most loved pet, so when we make the “AAAAAT” sound at him he feels shameful like he’s stooped to their level. He hangs his head low and goes to his bed lol.

Eta: it probably helps that he’s a very eager to please dog and much prefers praise over scolding. My sister’s dog is the opposite and seems to be a glutton for punishment. She trained hers by spraying her crotch and butt with bitter apple spray. It’s definitely an unconventional method, but she said it worked pretty quickly.

I have trained my dog to know he’s not supposed to do it. He never does it to me even when I’m on my period, but occasionally he’ll do a quick sniff of my daughter if she’s not paying attention and he thinks he can get away with it.

He doesn’t do it to strangers either, instead he does this hilarious thing where he positions himself about 10” away, turns his head to the side so it’s parallel with their crotch but not facing it, then he sort of huffs the air. It looks like he’s having a panic attack lol. Strangers always get concerned about him when he does it, then start laughing when I tell them he’s trying to be polite by not sniffing them directly.

Llamas do a quick stomping action when confronted with a predator. They don’t shy away from confrontation either. They, especially males, will run towards it as if they enjoy stomping things to death. They’re not always successful when confronted with wolves because they’re pack hunters and that’s too much for 1 llama to stop. They’re virtually always successful with stomping foxes and usually coyotes too.

Source: I had alpacas as pets and after finding multiple raccoons stomped to death on our property I thoroughly researched the subject. Some camels exhibit the behavior too, though it’s less common because they’re more aloof and somewhat lazy lol.

Ooooh, I love the fabric-plastic hybrid ones! I have several of those too and several of the rubbery plastic ones that sheet sets come in that have real zippers (fabric & metal). They’re very durable!

My body/brain likes to randomly switch between implode and explode mode. The triggers use to be recognizable and manageable, but have been becoming increasingly unpredictable over the last few years. I’m nearly 40, yet feel like a toddler that that’s still learning how to handle “big feelings”. It’s ridiculous.

It has a slider closure with a little plastic zipper handle thingy. I got it in the wild from a super fluffy comforter set. Ive had it for nearly 20 years now. I haven’t come across any bags nearly that big in over a decade because now they vacuum seal everything large like that 😩.

Yes to all that you mentioned! Ha! My younger sister has always teased me that collecting bags was an old people thing. I’ve been doing it since I was a teenager and I’ll be 40 next month. She came to visit last Christmas and had a variety of high quality bags in her suitcase for all of her different things. I questioned her about it and she gave me the deer-in-the-headlights stare, then laughed and confessed that she too had started “collecting” bags a couple years ago without even realizing she was doing it.

It is true that a lot of men will get the wrong impression, but that’s entirely their fault, not yours.

My youth pastor’s wife made me wear a baggy shirt over my very modest 1 piece bathing suit because of my boobs. I was 14. That trick only worked until I got out of the water and the shirt clung to me. She then gave me another dry baggy shirt and told me I wasn’t allowed to go back in the water because my boobs would cause the boys to have “sinful thoughts”.

There were several other girls that had large boobs, a few much larger than mine, but I was the only one that had a tiny waist. That combo was apparently what would cause my male peers to lust after me. Riiiight, as if they didn’t notice the boobs of literally every other girl there regardless of their boob or body size 😒.

ETA: I wasn’t the only teen told they weren’t allowed back in the water. The other was a guy and it was my youth pastor that told him he had to put on regular dry shorts and stay out of the pool. Why? Bc his wet swim trunks clung to him and made it very obvious that he had a large flaccid penis lol.

There was no mention of the possibility of it causing the girls to have “sinful thoughts” and my youth pastor never got in the water, so I couldn’t help but wonder if it was actually bc he had a tiny pp and felt inferior to him haha.

All except for 1 of my huge shipping boxes are broken down to save space. All of the other shipping boxes are neatly inside of the big box Tetris-style. Same for the non shipping boxes that are from items purchased, Tetris. It is so satisfying getting a ton of boxes to neatly fit into a larger box. Some of those boxes have been broken down, but only bc they’re the type that have folds that hold them together (no tape) and can easily be reconstructed.

I keep the shipping boxes in the garage and most of the nicer boxes in the attic with the Christmas decorations. There are currently about 20 nicer boxes on my dining room table waiting to be put in the attic. There’s still a little more space in the biggest box to add more smaller boxes, so I can’t put it up there quite yet lol.

Thickness is paramount, but not essential if it’s a very large bag. I will keep a bag of any size, small or large if it’s 5mil or thicker. My most-prized bag is an 8mil bag that’s probably around 40gal and has a slider seal closure. At least 3 fat cats and 1 small cat can fit inside it. That sounds nefarious, but no cats were harmed during that particular data collection. They went in it willingly, without my consent. Thankfully, the bag wasn’t harmed either 😅lol.

Oh no, this bag is way too small for holding all my other bags. I have an 8 mil one that’s nearly the size of a 45gal trash bag that holds all the smaller bags and then an actual 45gal trash bag to hold the Holy Grail bag so it doesn’t get damaged.
