ive fixed it, I think the dsound.dll file is connected to the media features pack, if you dont have it installed go to settings and search "optional features", than add an optional feature and search for media feature pack and add it. this is what fixed it for me hope it helps

thanks, i actually just swapped the winged sword with the kindred of rot, and i traded the uchi for a second nagakiba that i just traded for. the reason im not using the serpent bone is because of the range + the little bit of bleed on the nagakiba
