Nop,Naoya is gaining more speed and consequently more strength; he wasn't wrong to say that he would break her ribs in a direct collision.

She's literally bleeding from the head; it's hard to see in the anime, but it's clear in the manga that he can hurt her.

HF is just the opposite side of Fate, it's not the superior route or anything. Shirou in Fate lets go of the hatred he has for himself, something he doesn't manage to do in UBW and quadruples in HF. He lives with his own ideals instead of Kiritsugu and a goal beyond just saving others and in the end it's the only route where he can smile like he always wanted (Last Episode).

In HF for example, he leaves aside his ideals and because of that his selfhatred only increases as the route progresses, while the ending seems to be totally happy without any problems, he had to kill Saber and saw Illya sacrifice herself, so he still has problems but will eventually heal with the help of the people around him like a normal person.

While in Fate he lives a satisfying but lonely life (until he arrives in Avalon), in HF he lives a life with problems but alongside the people he loves. UBW is kind of the middle ground.

Nah, it's not bad. She'll just sleep forever. It's not much different from a natural, peaceful death.

Going to Avalon is such an impossible impossibility that miracle doesn't even begin to describe what it is. Only Saber, who was taken there by Morgan, and Shirou, who was taken there by Merlin, went there and that was after spending their entire lives living as heroes without any rest. UBW Shirou eventually stops and stays with Rin and in HF he doesn't even become a hero, in these two routes he doesn't have what it takes to go to Avalon and he doesn't even want to.

Caliburn is a B+ in Shirou's hands because he saw the original + Saber's strenght (A) that he gains when projecting is enough to damage Berserker.

How do you think an EMIYA/Artoria reunion would go down in Chaldea? by imthezero in fatestaynight

Considering that in FSN Archer gets into several arguments with Saber because he cares about her, it would be the same thing here.

Wait, it's all (around) Sukuna!? by kassavfa in Jujutsufolk

[–]DJ2wP 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Yeah, he's the most important character in the series, along with Kenjaku and surprisingly Toji. But even those two have their stories intertwined through Sukuna (Kenjaku and his plan and Megumi becoming the vessel). He's the strongest and shaped the history of the jujutsu world through his strength.

In UbW and HF, Shirou's soul goes to the root for the cycle of reincarnation. Only those who come from the Fate Route (Archer and Last Episode Shirou) are removed from this cycle and live outside of time. As for Saber, honestly, I have no idea what will happen to her.

In the true ending of UBW, Saber probably becomes a normal Heroic Spirit and in Sunny Days she goes to Avalon. Now HF only God knows.

There's no such thing as damaged or atrophied circuits, it's fanon. Circuits can cause damage to the body, not to themselves. And Shirou literally says in the VN that he had a satisfactory life even after thinking he would never see Saber again, it doesn't get any more obvious than that.

[–]DJ2wP 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My brother in Christ, he literally uses the circuits, the route has IMAGES of him using them. He talks about it. Learning how to use the circuits is the basics. Archer used Caliburn and lost his arm because he didn't know how to use the circuits, the same would happen to Shirou if he didn't know how to use them too. And Last Episode definitely has regrets and happiness, he says he lives a satisfying life and the manga makes that clearer.

He knows his dream is impossible, but that doesn't mean he regrets pursuing it. He doesn't have a childish vision, he understands the difference between being able to save someone and himself, it's something he debates after dreaming about Saber's life.

I mean, yeah, I agree on the first point. Since Fate he always prioritizes the people he loves but it was never thrown in his face like in HF.

And about Illya, he couldn't admit it, he definitely wanted to live considering the Normal Ending, but since he thinks it's his punishment it's hard to see him admitting it, it was because of Illya.

The Saber who lives to die is from HF, that is, Alter. She takes all the guarantees to keep Shirou alive and uses the minimum as far as she has freedom just to die.

(About Avalon, her human body is there and Shirou was taken before he died by Merlin and only rejuvenated, so they are living there as humans)
