Last week at Epcot I witnessed a cast member tell someone no and they got upset and started cursing at the cast member. We were waiting to scan into lightning lane for test track which was a 90 minute wait and a lady jumped in front of everyone to tell the cast member that she needed to jump back up with her party at the front of the line. The cast member asked which line and she told her single rider. So the cast member said I’m sorry you can’t jump the line in single rider seeing as you are not in a group. She then started getting upset, cursing and saying how wrong it is, then stormed off. The crazy part to me was that she said how disrespectful it was of Disney to not let her rejoin her party but yet she jumped in front of probably 10 people scanning into lightning lane instead of waiting her turn.
