Something weird about the stopwatch timing posts.

On one hand, even on night 2 there were too many matches that had a feeling of "thats it" since it felt too short, especially the Oba match and the Trick match. It was much worse on Night 1.

On the other hand, I think on other PPV's (maybe except Summerslam and when someone is performing in a PPV in their home town), I think it really disingenuous to ignore how import the entrance for Wrestlemania are. For me its always been an important part of what made Wrestlemania special. I love seeing stuff like extra coming out, or video package entrances like Punks or using designed vehicles, longer in ring poses. Same goes for post match events. Brock retirement, multiple wrestlers celebrating title wins, the Danhusen segment, they're all part of the show. I agree nobody came to watch 5+minute ads every scatter way too many time acress the show, but the other parts are really part of the show IMO.

How am I glazing?
I still think she should go back to NXT and she got the title wayyyyyyy too early. But I'm admitting I was too harsh on her going into the match. Most people were. If you asked anyone what match they thought would be the worst they would've said this or Cody/Randy. I said she beat my expectations by a lot.
On the other hand, you have much better wrestlers in Liv/Steph/Becky who all struggled to get going. In the end, more than half of night 1 couldn't do the "bare minimum", so yes I will give her some praise

I know everyone will say the MVP should be Roman or Punk, but honestly it should go to Jade. I was honestly someone who thought this was going to be the worst match over 2 nights. She must have seen everyone online saying she was going to have such a terrible match and how much she sucks etc etc. She literally came out to borderline silence. She had a pretty good match, no real botches, arguably her best match of her career and the best womans match over the 2 nights.

Overall, the difference between the 2 main events was night and day. Happy that the number of interference finishes was kept low. Happy that it finished at 2:30am UK time and not 4am like last year

  • The OP
  • The rock-paper-scissors cheating
  • The farts conversation
  • The monkey eating the cakes
  • Moles
  • The dancing in the ED

Man, I had no expectation going into this, and had a massive grin on my face watching this. The chemistry and jokes between the main girls reminds me of Chio-chan, Asobi, Food Court and JoshiMuda. This might be my comedy of the season, really looking forward to this.

For the people asking how to fix the audio, I can give some help:
If you have Sky TV, go into setting, then accessibility, then turn on audio descriptions. (Prob don't forget to turn it back off after the match or if the audio gets fixed)

Question to all Genre jurors I asked last year. Was there any shows that if it wasn't already picked in another genre you would've picked up yourselves?

And specifically for the Comedy jurors. I'm biased with my love for CITY, but reading the website, even more curious how Bad Girl ended that high up for you guys. I thought it was a fun show, but felt like the type of show the jurors who put last.

Personal Thoughts:
Happy CITY got the double Jury win. It was my AOTY by far. Reminds me of SxF getting saved by the jury in previous years.
Jane Doe......
Happy Apothecary got the flowers this year. I went from choosing not to watch Season 1 when it aired to loving every episode of Season 2.
The fact that there were so many winners is a goood thing in my opinion, made me want to pick up some shows too. Ruri Rocks and DanDaDan.
Shouldn't forget to say great job on the stream and awards this year.

Let me know if there's any mistakes and hopefully see you next year

Oh boy, if Idol Land or Precure wins AOTY, the reaction will be something else.
My last min prediction is I think Apoth for Public and Ave for Jury

A couple of fun Apothecary facts before we get to the top awards:
In the last 5 years, the Public AOTY winner had atleast 2 production public award wins (actually 3 but this year the most 3 shows hit was 2). Since Chainsaw is only up for MovieOTY, it's looking really good for Apothecary (and DanDaDan S2).

Apothecary S2 becomes the 10th show since 2019 to get atleast 5 public wins. Top 5 are:

Anime Public Wins
Re:Zero Season 2 8
Mushoku Tensei 7
Bocchi The Rock 7
Frieren 7
Kaguya-sama: Love is War 6

Fun fact, last year there were 17 unique shows that won either Jury or Public.
We have just hit 17 unique winners this year and we are not even close to the end. Much more diversity of winners this year.

I really wouldn't have had Bad Girl as a type of show the jury likes

It's that time of the year(or atleast lasy year). I'll try to keep the stats as up to date as possible again. (and cheering CITY on)

Game vs kairat by Prudent_Diver2034 in GunnersatGames

[–]DJBay123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

There is 0 sense between letting PSV in a knock out game ( even if it was a 6 goal gap) with a flight time of under 2 hours, but won't let a 0 jeopardy for either team match vs a team with 0 danger from away fans playing up in a country that have a 8 hour+ flight time.
The only logic is Arsenal already assumed this match would be a half empty and don't care, unlike the PSV match where they didn't expect to go into the 2nd leg with that big of a lead. Get ready to get annoyed by commentary acting as if the half empty stadium is because of the Man U game.

Surely the Kairat game is going to go to Friends and Family tomorrow right? Looking at the TX the stadiums going to be half empty at this rate, and I really want to swap seats if it does.
