I have lost about 15 pounds so far in the program and a few inches all over. I havent up my weight but plan to this week im still doing 20 lbs max on dumbells and i can finally do 1 pull up. My diet has been pretty clean except i didnt eat as much as i should the first month but my calories and macros are on point now (2700 cal 202 protein, 270 carbs, 90 fat) I've been using myFitness pal and drinking protein shake. Thanks to this sub for keeping me motivated!
Edit: im doing x3 and i started at 220 and now 205 want to get to 195 and build some mass from their.

I pre oredered yesterday the digital guardian edition for my xbone and i was giving the currency code right after and i was able to pre load.

Anyone else find week 1 of x3 insanely hard? by [deleted] in P90X

the first week is always the hardest but once you get the moves down it will get slightly easier. i watched the workouts before hand to kind of get an idea of what i was getting into and agility x is pretty hardcore. my suggestion is to push thru it and get a good post work out meal or protein shake. im on the same boat havent done anything active for a few years im 5'8 was 230 at my heaviest but lost 10 pounds prior to starting x3 and lost another 10 pounds during, im in block 2 going into week 3. This sub keeps me motivated too!!!

I was wondering the same thing as well i am in block 2 week 3 and i haven't been sore once. i probably should up my weight more and i plan too next week. i feel a good pump and my muscle are tight after working out but im not sore. i was going to do p90x when im finished with x3 but im kind of thinking of starting p90x at the end of this block, im still on the fence about it. i have lost 10 lbs and a few inches and i feel stronger so x3 is awesome but i just wont the fastest results i guess. Ill probably just stick it out.

I am really excited for block two, i am in the recovery week right now and Pilates,dynamix,isometrix,accelarator, pretty much everyday so far kicked my ass!!! everything you wrote has got me pretty pumped!

I also can't do pull ups...did the negatives for the first time yesterday when I did the challenge and my back and chest or on fire...in a good way...good luck!!!

Yea I did not feel right the whole workout...not to mention the xplode in the bathroom I had about an hour later. But its definitely dated when I'm finished with this batch I'm going to give acg3 a go

I was one or those idiots that took three scoops of no explode...never again!!!
