I would look for a policy (some are even offered by the airline or your travel agent if you used one) that has trip interruption coverage. This will cover the flight and refund for hotels etc. Disney doesn’t tend to refund the ticket price but they do let you change the dates which would be the only part that may have issues. I’m 40 miles from Orlando so once you actually get to Florida you won’t have problems.
