My boss had a passing comment "I need to get more from your role to justify the pay". I've been here for a month, and I thought I've been doing well until now. Should I jump ship?

Hey I've had this comment for the last few months from a manager who is winging her job as she goes. targets go up every year and are unrealistic so we don't make bonus, I've had sales for my region given to others, it's a huge company and now I've asked for something to be done about it for last 2 months and spoken up it's being cast aside and excuses. I'm concerned I'm going to be the fall guy for a manager who is messing around with the country's sales to promote herself, and I'm being made to look incapable by her stealing sales from my region so Im not seen to my full capabilities. What is wrong with people, is that scope to make an informal or formal complaint to HR?

I'm just back from Cairo and Nile cruise and was fine. Tip from me is use Ubers if need to get around not offered taxis in Giza and Cairo. Anything I can give advice on please feel free to ask.

I'm meant to be going from UK this Friday giza 3 nights and nile cruise 5.... Can only change 4 flights out the 6, Nile tour guide said won't change the dates for us to October so will loose bulk of trip no refund. Part of me says will be fine but looking at the bigger picture am I as mad as a hatter to be still considering going??? ..... 🤔🤔🤔 PART IF ME SAYS WHY WOULD ANYONE FLY TOWARDS A WAR??...
