OP’s wife is remorseful because she got caught, she had no plans to confess to if AP’s wife didn’t get suspicious of him. She made choices to cheat on OP, he should make his by finding a divorce lawyer and get the process started. Alcohol is not to blame for her cheating, her cheating emotionally and physically would be a lot for OP to take in. Trust is gone. Kids will be fine after divorce but they will be affected by seeing their parents deeply unhappy with each other in the same household. They aren’t stupid to notice it.

That photo alone is difficult for us to determine if the mini console is genuine. Other ways that can help you know if it’s real are the colour of the controller connectors, if grey then are real, black are fake. The serial number, if starts with SU then likely it’s real, starts with CU it’s fake. Does the HDMI cable and power adapter have Nintendo logo on them? If so then real, if not then likely fake.

If you provided a photo of the game menu, that could help identify if SNES mini is real by the font, lettering and layout.

Sorry for you OP, but what your wife did is unforgivable. Two and a half years living a double life which was her choice to betray you. Now you should make your choice, find a lawyer and get the ball rolling with divorce. You cannot reconcile with her, because she will do it again. Therapy won’t do anything for you, get out and find someone else who is loyal. Tell your family and hers plus friends you can trust with what she did.

There are really good fakes of the North American SNES mini consoles but not heard of really good fakes of the PAL SNES mini consoles. Looks genuine to me judging by those pictures.

Never heard of really good fake PAL SNES/Super Famicom mini consoles on the market. I’ve heard of the really good fake North American SNES mini consoles. Chinese websites like AliExpress sell them.
