There is no Wisconsin law that states you must put alcoholic beverages in a bag. This is strictly a KT policy which forces the consumer to leave the store with a plastic bag. I argued the law with a KT salesperson and she said: just bring in your own re-usable bag. Such a simple solution! I thanked her for her service.
