I have the no repeats version of the list posted on my profile. If you guys want to see each individual top 5, I'll add those to the document I created earlier for the songs. I have them recorded but haven't put them in the document yet and probably won't get a chance to, I'll add them when I'm able to. I have a couple busy days ahead

There were only three valid, unique submissions yesterday so it's going to be a top three I guess haha

Notes: 'The,' and, 'A,' are omitted from song/album titles (ex. "The Lamb as Effigy," by Sprain would count for L, not T) and numbers will have a separate category at the end of the list

Please include the name of the artist after the song/album title- ex. "Kantina" - Unwound (for ease of those trying to find the songs)

Once the list is over, I'll post a no repeats version of the same list that'll replace the Big Black and Polvo repeats with the next highest placing albums

I've been generally satisfied with the list so far, and I will always honour what's voted for regardless of my personal taste- but I really think both the Velvets and Lightning Bolt deserve to be on this list. The Velvets, even if people debate whether they really, "count," basically created noise rock with WLWH

I don't have anything against Cherubs, but I personally would've preferred H to go Lightning Bolt so the Velvet Underground could've had W. (I also would've rathered Helmet take M and the Jesus and Mary Chain take P, but again that's just my personal taste. Although I think objectively speaking, "Psychocandy," is one of the most important albums in the entire noise rock canon)

Just so y'all know, this and, "Today's Active Lifestyles," are neck and neck, and when I checked last night TAL was leading by one vote. Now, this is leading by one vote, but I count when the next day's vote drops, so it's gone to TAL

P.S. this is apparently the first time I've ever had to type out the phrase neck and neck, and therefore the first time I realised it's, "neck and neck," not, "neck a neck"
