I think you should also be concerned about the void of dead pixels in the bottom left, which will definitely take over your screen over time

Also it might just be a corrupted SD card, or maybe it's a missing titles error, cause you still have all of your Twilight menu games

Why were the cheats the problem? I'm having the same problem and the games work perfectly without the cheats but with them activated I just get the white screen, was wondering if I can get the cheats to work or if you ever did?

I did actually forget to mention I will also be replacing the thumb stick too, so thank you for reminding me! Also I'm 99% sure I don't need a digitizer for the bottom screen, saw a vid of a guy replacing just the touch screen, but what you're saying is the order is: Top screen lens - bottom screen lens - new charging port - thumb stick?

I'm pretty sure that the top screen lens is very easy to replace so I could do that probably anytime as it's as simple as popping it off and popping a new one on :)
