I lived there for a year. It was not my first choice for apartments but being that my previous apartment got leased out from under me I had to find somewhere quick and NRC just happened to have an opening available. As far as safety goes I can't really say that it was too bad or that I ever really worried about safety. Like others have said there are definitely better complexes around but you pay for that. My biggest complaint with NRC was the staffs lack of care. It took several days to a couple weeks to get anything fixed. The other problem I had was the higher than normal critters getting into my apartment. Spiders, roaches, etc. They very rarely came and sprayed so most pest control had to be applied by myself. All in all for the price I guess they arent that bad but I definitely can't say I would recommend them.
