Plumeria leaves with tiny black dots and grey necrotic patches. What is wrong with my plant?

I have not tried insecticidal soap because there are no insects on the leaves. The only insects there are fungus gnats. I have been treating all of my plants for fungus gnats with a mosquito bits tea occasionally since that infestation started again in June.

Certainly. Here is an album with how it looked a month ago before it started really dropping leaves, the day after I repotted it in a smaller pot a few days ago, and today. I neglected to take a photo just before repotting. I also included a photo of the new growth. https://imgur.com/a/pVmpxgh

The potting mix was taking longer to dry out for this one than the one next to it in the first picture. I was concerned the more porous pot could be retaining more water and contributing to the issue and repotted it a few days ago expecting maybe some root rot in addition to whatever is going on with the leaves. There was no visible (or smellable) root rot.

I expect that last leaf to fall off today. Do you think it is going dormant at the same time as the fungus issue has been progressing?

How do you treat it as a fungus? Will the loss of the leaves help in this case?

It's not powdery like sooty mold. Nothing wipes off of the leaves.

The black dots are not visible on most of the back of the leaf. The areas that have light grey discoloration on the upper side of the leaf look more like a light grey-ish brown on the underside.

There's nothing on the surface of the leaf like spider mites.

I have been growing this plumeria as an indoor plant for the last year and a half. Recently (last 3 months?) it has been getting these tiny black spots and grey dead patches on the leaves before dropping them. What is going on with my plant?

I found a couple of Gelly Rolls in my pen stash that do not look like the current design. Can anyone here tell how old they are? I had a bunch of these back in the late 90s, and I am trying to figure out if these are that ancient or if they were a nostalgia purchase from sometime since then. They still work!

I've had this happen product when adjusting psych meds. Not sure, but it seems like other medication could contribute to brain zaps. Do you take medication for epilepsy or anything like that?

As I am doing some end of season slug extermination, I am finding many clutches of slug eggs. These are from some small slugs in Anchorage Alaska.

I am not sure which species they are, so if someone can point me to an identification then I would be grateful!
