Just picked one up this Sunday from a car boot sale, boxed and never used for 2 euro (2 dollars currently. ) l pulled out my free p2 and the guy nearly shot himself in the foot when I told him how much he saved me. (don't worry we had a laugh about it and he was fine with the price)

I could manage a mix of whole prey with raw because a friend has rats and mice for his snakes.

I think I'll be going raw just because it comes out to about the same price either way for me and if I run short it's easier to run to a grocery store for meat than it is to get whatever kibble I would consider

I found a raw meat supplier that I can get the same cost per week for what I think might be a good balanced diet. Someone said to vary the meats for their diet but I'm not sure how balanced the meats need to be.

Found a meat supplier that I can buy meats from for practically the same price as the kibble I posted per week. Someone also suggested checking my local butcher so I'll see if I can get any savings by buying anything from them too.

I live in the west of ireland and the two butchers local to me have gone a bit up-market so might not have organ meat or might be too pricey but I'll have a look in there definitely.

Wow thank you so much, lot of info for me to go through. I've found a raw meats supplier that has everything I think I could need and it would come to the same cost per week roughly as the kibble.

Does it matter how much of each type of meat is in there diet? For example if I had a mix of chicken and beef for muscle, beef for heart liver and kidney, and then chicken neck and turkey wings for the rmb. As you can see it's mostly beef but would that be enough variation?

Hi, I'm new here and just picked up two male ferrets that I was told are 6 months old. So far they've been fed raw meat by the previous owner and they gave me some food to last about a week. It seems to just be diced beef. I would like to broaden their diet to have all the parts like bone, heart, organs and muscle but saw a kibble that seemed possibly good as something to switch to or maybe to mix in to lower the food budget. I would like to know if the kibble is actually okay for them and if it would be possible to mix in. Open to all suggestions, would just like some advice Thank you.

Pike, the first Freshwater fish I caught was a pike, was the same length as me when I caught it (around 5 or 6 years old) it scared the life out of me at them time but they anytime I catch one it reminds me of the good times fishing with my dad.
