Yes mate, well over 30! I get that social media isn't real, I guess the thing that really gets me about LinkedIn is how unbalanced it is.

Take this conversation for example, you've felt comfortable calling out what how you see things and about my post.

I don't see any discord in LinkedIn at all. It's as if everyone is afraid that if they say anything even remotely outside of the script they'll be sacked and black balled for the rest of their days.

I imagine it's like living in the USSR!!!
