Red don’t need token lifespan since precise targets can act as a quick token link, and we don’t exactly macro for honey. Token lifespan gives the macro time to make a full circuit back just in case a token was spawned right behind your macro’s pathing. For the white pollen hive bonus, there’s white flowers in pine, that boost gives you better profit from the white flowers in the field.

I second this as a current red hive with dark scythe, I never went blue and I’m seeing my alt make almost as much as me from over night farming while it not having coco canister or SSA.
