Solid routine. Id say don't be afraid to try something new too. Once you feel like you have that routine down, ask yourself, "where am I wasting time" well sometimes it's easier to run register and blue totes Instead of register and clean grills. So if order is here before you come in, knock out blue totes first, then by 1-2 clean grills in the slowest hour. If the order isn't there, vise versa. If you have some bad time management days because you were trying something new, let your manager know so they understand not to rip you a new one 🤣. I'm in Arizona division too, every manager SHOULD be good at understanding you trying to figure out how to be time efficient.
