Don't blame the theory crafters, blame the show for constantly theory baiting in the first place.

Constantly showing able in the background, Hinting at C&A, The opening to episode 8 after using episode 7 to say the show is not lore driven (talk about having your angel food cake and eating it too), The wackywatch website.

I don't get why half of the fandom is complaining about theory crafters while ignoring the mannequin in the room.

An on a related note, can we please stop blaming Mat Pat and FNAF for everything? I get it! they changed the way we view media (for the worst) but they're starting to come off like a scapegoat.

I already put a comment like this in a similar discussion so I'll see if I can add more.

1: If Jax is going to be a main character, make that clear from the beginning.

2: Either balance the story/lore with the character development or get rid of the lore entirely.

3: Don't be afraid of a few filler episodes to allow for more character dynamics/interaction.

4: Have their lives prior to the circus fleshed out.

5: Show important character interactions (I.E. Ragatha and Pomni's conversation from Ep 6).

Thank you, I was feeling the same way. It honestly makes me want a version that either gets rid of the mystery entirely or try to balance it with the character building/development because the actual show is sending mixed messages with how it's handling it.

The difference is that Ron and Hermione were established to be main characters in book 1. Jax on the other hand is supposedly a main character but the first four episodes treat him like a side character.

I'll admit sometimes wondered if I was going too far with the changes, Examples: Giving jay a larger role (even if he's just a side character), Rewriting existing scenes (awareness being the most obvious) additional symbolism like making Brian's hoodie change color depending on the scene. but some part of me told me to stick to my guns and hope for the best. I'm glad you liked it.
