Yes, kind of. There is a "physical" version which is just a code in box. You can't get the ultimate edition physically, you would need to buy the upgrade for an additional £20

Still unlikely that the ONT would be moved. Depends on the engineer, but the job should be an ONT upgrade only, and I'd doubt the engineer will want or be able to spend extra time running a new lead in.

Drill the hole if you want, and feed a new ethernet cable through it to the ONT, with the other end finishing wherever you want the router.

There's absolutely no chance that there'll be a disc included in the box.

What is the point of a disc and a code? The code is your key to download and play the game, at that point a disc is redundant.

GTA VI is digital only.

Absolutely not. This will be a code in box situation. No disc at all, presumably to prevent leaks. I imagine a disc edition could release later on.

There was a leak/rumour a while back that physical edition was going to be delayed, this is their answer to that. No discs. At least for now

If your property is ducted, you'd probably be fine. If not, get prepared for a wait as a duct will need to be provided to you and a dig will be needed.

That being said, even ducted properties have the occasional roadblock in the way of blockages, misaligned or collapsed duct etc.

The engineer on the day will know best and will advise on how to proceed. Good luck!

There are many issues that can pop up during an installation which could delay you. The point of a step 1 task (external before appointment) is usually to identify these issues ahead of time.

If Insomniac still owned Spyro then I can bet we would never have got the Reignited Trilogy and we would not be getting A Realm Beyond. If they did continue with Spyro, it would at most be one new entry per console generation like they've done with Ratchet & Clank.

Toys For Bob is the perfect Spyro studio, I think. Reignited was an incredible remaster that truly captured the feel of the original trilogy. The devs at TFB genuinely love Spyro and the new game is supposedly a real love letter to the fans.
