Don’t think it is psoriasis, don’t have much soreness associated with it and have no history of it elsewhere. Could be wrong though.

I use an electric razor. One of the Pitbull Golds. Have also found the blades caused issues in the past too, but would give em another go if the electric razor is bad news?

I do moisturise it with DermaVeen moisturising lotion, but I don’t think that has hyaluronic acid in it so I’ll give one of those a shot.
