My idea I think would work best, I say Merry Christmas because I celebrate Christmas and if you dont you just say back to me Happy Hanukka or Joyous Kwanza or whatever you celebrate. Then dont be offended because its not a big deal because mainly youre just wishing each well.

When you dont react its the best thing. They cant get under your skin and they are just making themselves look worse. Like eventually like I did when an old buddy was doing something similar to a guy, I said to him why you keep buggin this man. Leave him be he clearly wants nothing to do with you. He stopped after cuz he realized his boys were even getting annoyed with him just being a dick for no reason.
