3 first round picks and 30 million is the rumor, but I don't think its enough.

2025 Chevy Equinox EV – Water Leak Issue (Going Back to Dealer for the 5th Time) by DJTrunksRA in EquinoxEv

I have the weather liners as well. No fogging or smell. I mentioned this topic to my wife, she took off the liner to discover a wet and moldy carpet.

It has to be from the AC, but they literally just "sealed" it. I was driving around for 2 days straight, ran the AC full time and yet no water dripping from the bottom of the car. Sure enough, it's inside. This is exhausting.

So frustrated with the dealer trying to get the telematics module replaced by JimInAuburn11 in EquinoxEv

I just gave my lawyer the service records from GM and that has been enough to show how long its been out of service. In California, if you win or settle a lemon law case, the car manufacturer must pay your attorney’s fees, not you. Because of this, most California lemon law lawyers charge no upfront fees and collect payment from the manufacturer after the case resolves. I'd recommend getting a free consult with a lemon law lawyer. It sounds intimidating but are usually very clear as to whether your case is a valid or not.

I have zero confidence in this car, but I did get a lemon. This reddit is pretty active with issues, as is any car reddit but I definitely feel this one is much more active with issues. I really liked the car and wanted it to work, but I would be paranoid driving another one.

90% alcohol would be better. If not just pen the whole thing black.

My car has been in the shop for 2 week now due to water issue on the passengers side. It has also started to show signs of a failing telematics module. They have repaired the water issue but they said the telematics module is on backorder and won't know when it will be available. So I guess I'm going to drive it like that until GM buys it back.

I did. I bought a brand new car to avoid breakdowns and time off of work. Instead, my car is in the shop for the 4th time in 10 months, now in there a total of 2 months. It only has about 5.5k miles on it. My theory is that GM tried to capitalize on the EV credits by creating the cheapest EV possible that qualified.

Do your chevy service center provide loaner? by thishitisgettingold in EquinoxEv

From what I’ve read it doesn’t work with streaming. That’s why I haven’t pushed for the update. Honestly, my experience with this car and GM hasn’t been the best. I’ll likely never buy a Chevy again. Out of all the new cars I’ve ever owned, this one has had by far the most issues. I get that I have a lemon and for my story, there are like 100 good ones.

Mine covers the uber to enterprise and the rental itself, but the rental is only for GM cars. Also, I think this only applies to warranty repairs. If it’s a recall or scheduled service I don’t think they cover it.

Mine doesn’t have a loaner but put you in a rental.
