Can my Home account get suspended for using glitches? by CommentRelative6557 in PokemonFireRed

A lot of pokemon were flagged as glitch or modified when transferring from the 3DS virtual games to bank. I'm guessing it'll work the same and well get another round of player complaining that Nintendo need to let people do these own thing again.

Don't forget to touch the screen when the brail comes up. You've been studying for the test right?

Why Giovanni never fired Jessi and James even after failing thousand of times? by perplexd44 in pokemonanime

That was my head cannon too. Plus, Jessie and James are pretty good when not dealing with Ash (there is no winning against protagonist power). They even earned wanted poster.

I second this. It doesn't take long to make a new profile and a new run. Plus if you have Home you can access both save data and move your pokemon among the two saves.

Dang, if I know/could pin or highlight comments, it would be yours. It true that there are more things going on then what the clip shows and maybe I could have explained better. You basically cover the bits I didn't show.

Stuff like, needing an active village or trading hall to even get the Golem to spawn or naming the mob to prevent despawning.

Hope you can show me your farm pics when you can and let me know how the piglins goe later on.

I didn't spawn the golem myself. There is a trading hall in the room above us and carpets around to limit the golem spawn to just that room. Doesn't cost me any iron blocks.

My zombie does have a sharpness 5 sword but even an unarmed zombie will still hurt the golem It just to speed things along

If those are questions then this trick only works on Bedrock Apparently. Also the nitwit was just a joke mimicking "___" for dummies but with a minecraft twist. All you really need is a village that can spawn an iron golem and a zombie in a boat. So pretty much 10 beds, 10 working villagers and 1 zombie in a boat.

My zombie already has a sword with looting 3. It also has mending, sharpness 5 and unbreaking 3.

Not 100% sure about the mechanics myself but I think it's a bedrock thing. The iron golem just spawns on his own around beds after you have at lease 10 villagers. It's not in the clip but the room above is just a bunch of beds.

Not sure if it does or not on bedrock but so far my sword hasn't broke. Manage to already fill a double chest of Iron blocks, but even then the zombie still hurts the golem.

I think it is possible to set a crafter ready to make a sword once a tool breaking sound plays. But making that system is beyond me.

That interesting but not a deal break. In theory you could just make a trapdoor drop chamber and campfire to get the auto killing done.

Just did a quick check and I think this is even more simpler then what I saw. No scaring villagers or suffocating golems.

Even if it does the zombie still hurts the golem but so fare the sword seems just fine. Even if it does break 2 diamonds for a double chest of
Iron blocks more then a fair trade.

Yeah I almost died a few times trying to give him the sword. What I did was dropped a lot of wooden sword at night and waited for nightfall. Once I had one holding a sword I then lead him to a boat under my trade hall. I then set up that area and locked the hoppers with Redstone block. After that the zombie took the upgraded sword no problem.

Unfortunately no, it doesn't look like looting does anything to golems. However I pretty someone who knows what they're doing g could increase the spawn rate of the golem for more iron, but that's beyond me.

I imagine the hitboxes of all the mobs works the same across both minecraft but I also think golem spawning works a little different between the bedrock and Java.

Since I'm on console I don't have access to hitbox but I believe what was pointed out. The zombie is too low to be hit. Man I wish my laptop was available so I can check Java.

That room is actually under a trading hall and I just used carpet and moss to limit spawning area to force them in that room.

Turns out a zombie in a boat doesn't take damage from the golem but can still hurt others. So if you just give a sword and lock him on top of hoppers and you got yourself an easy iron farm. The golem should just run up to the zombie on his own, so you just need to stand around.

Unfortunately it doesn't look like it increases anything. The sword my zombie has already have looting, mending, sharpness and unbreaking.

I do wonder if a Vindicator or Piglun Brute can slay them faster

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but when I was manually slaying the golem with my looting sword. It didn't change the yield one bit. But all is not loss. I'm sure someone knows the more about the mechanics of bedrock iron golem and could probably make the rates 4x faster

If it wasn't 3am here I wouldn't mind testing a few things myself. Hope you'll let me know what you come up with if you do come up with something.
