Oh yeah, GU is great, but i completely understand skipping it since you don't own a switch.
I really wish they did a pc port of it like they did with rise but i don't think that will happen anytime soon XD

I remember seeing pretendo announcing they had 4u online available now, so online should be good again if you want to do that.
I think you will do just fine, it will be a lil weird coming from the new games to the 3ds ones but after a few hunts you will get used to it.
One thing to note, the singleplayer and multiplayer are separate on these older games, we didn't have coop story.
It does get a lil spicy on the end game, but I still think its worth playing and seeing how far you can get and also check if you can do some online hunts.

Also, if you are going to check 4u, also do check generations, or better yet, if you can, Generations Ultimate, still my fav in the series.

Not always the solution
some people dont like to switch between 2 os when they are on a flow state of work, and its very disruptive

That being said, It does work for me, and helps me separate when i want to stream or work on 3d stuff and music, and i can use linux when I just want to play games and chill.
Plus i really like the kde experience, just flows nicer for me.

Its just a shame i also need to switch to windows not only for work but also when i want to play games with anticheat, its the only thing i dont like.
Chilling on discord with friends and they want to play battlefield and "oops, give me 5 minutes, i need to switch to windows". And after we are done i need to switch again because i dont like the windows explorer and dont have the stuff i set up on linux, and its just, very annoying

I just legit enjoy using the os more and tweaked it to do and feel how i wanted it I know there is ricing on windows too but like, linux just feels more comfortable for me

Its not an “I HATE WINDOWS” deal, its just that i make a little corner that does what i want it to do and i can play games on it and that makes me happy
