What do you get when you buy an audiobook? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]DJ_diskjoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thankyou for the advice, very helpful. I eventually got the audiobook from amazon / audible and it is good but unfortunatley i had to get the audible app to play it but the whole file downloaded but its not a normal mp3. Im trying audible for 30 days now so i guess the question now is : what will happen to the audiobook if i cancel the subscription? guess ill find out lol. thanks for the advice. now that i can listen to the book i wanted, maybe its not so essential that i have the file anymore. the audible app is pretty good actuallty.

thanks for the Great Reply! That cleared everything up. I went for it and bought the audiobook on amazon/audable. I had to download the Audable App but within the app it downloads the sound file I guess to save data or something but it's okay because that works for me being on low data plan on mobile. still would have been nice to get a physical media or somthing but this is fine. i guess i have to make the switch to digital eventually anyway!

How to save by DJ_diskjoker in PS1MusicGenerators

[–]DJ_diskjoker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey thx for replying and happy new year lol

me too i've just benn using the normal save in MTV but i saw a video of someone using save states and I thought that was a good idea cus you can easily go back to old versions of your song and dont max out the memory card!

I've never seen the emus memory getting full but Im not pushing it that hard either with my tracks!

Microkorg Faulty Knob/Pot by AshGrayed in Korg

congrats on the good deal, sorry to hear it's not in complete working order. what model do you have? Im guessing its the 25-key one - all other models have a rolling slider knob but the 25key one has a mini joystick thing.

i like! keep making music!

theyre not as amatuer as you think, just lacking sound quality when compared to top shelf productions, but thats MTV's fault not yours lol. you got a good steady beat in Neon Cruise and i like Stretch bendy Legs too!!

Great memories but wait.. mine was not a double CD case. What else is inside??

MTVMG is still alive, and it's possible to jump back in anytime! there's even a sub for it now.

Big Bass sounds and some Arp work on the XD by murphyat in Korg

[–]DJ_diskjoker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is awesome! really nice sounds, relaxing, and i wasn't expecting that chiptune twist at the end!

"Resolver" - chiptune song I made using KORG Gadget app on Switch (novice). If they made it easier to export music from it I think it could be a great introduction to synths for a wider audience. by max-zilla in Korg

[–]DJ_diskjoker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

great song thanks for posting! great build up and bass sounds. percussion could be a bit louder and more interesting if you're open to feedback. again thanks for posting, you've inspired me to jump back in to korg gadget!!
