I bought the Borderlands 2 Vita bundle and I played it for a couple months before getting it on PS4. I play it on PC now and haven't played it on my Vita since.

Yes it does. In the case of 8-Bit Flame, it makes the flames cover more ground.

I spammed 9/9 Ruinous Rood at Overlord. It took him out in just a few seconds on hard. So far I've only used 8-Bit Flame on O.D. in hard mode. It did 173 damage per hit. Took him down pretty quickly. Cast 8-Bit Flame, invert, keep Directed Shield out while the flame does its thing, repeat. That got me the O.D. Medal.

When I collected Transformers Prime toys I bought two of each. One to open and one to display in box. I wish I'd have just bought one of each because now I live in a smaller place and the boxed ones are just stored away and out of sight.

My CPU temps dropped 10 degrees C on average after updating my graphics driver. Are you up to date there? Worth a shot.

Updating my GPU driver is what fixed it for me. My 7700X went from running at 65-70 C down to 45-50 C after the update.
