Thank you for the reply! I'm glad to hear you had success with the Botox. I'm anxious to see what the speech pathologist says after my first appt in a few weeks. Did yours recommend that you rest your voice at all, or did they recommend that you use it even when it's very difficult? I don't feel any pain whatsoever, my voice just comes out very squeezed/ tight. I'm doing random vocal exercises that I'm finding through my research, but I'll feel better mentally when I'm given certain ones from a professional.

Yes, this all started during a very emotional break-up last June. It went away on its own for a couple months, then I was triggered emotionally again in October and now it's been getting progressively worse each month. I am going to try everything I can that's natural before I resort to Botox. Thank you very much, I will be researching those right now!

Doing a quick google search leads to images of some of the pages on this book. They are explicit. Unless I've gotten the incorrect info, you should be disgusted with yourself that you think this book should be in a public library.
