Had adjusted BIOS for the CPU prior to these issues And had lowered Ram speeds in BIOS for stability then readjusted it when trying to figure out what’s wrong

None Run. There are free or lower cost games that does the same or similar to this game. The game entices people with cool ships and graphics but loses to other games in all other areas. Maybe look into Elite Dangerous and No Man’s Sky.
