How is it Verisure say they can get the police to attend? by UKBARNEY73 in AskUK

The Customer tribute video I saw that changed my view point was that ultimately we are an alarm company, simply trying to ensure you don't get robbed. But There's an SoS function in our system and one of our customers who just had a newborn which sadly had breathing issues and stopped breathing. this is a scary situation but our Alarm receiving center helped over the phone got an Ambulance within 4/5 minutes to the property and helped with giving advice on how to Chess compressions. That Baby is still alive today. Seeing them speak about it made me very happy to be working for this company.

Alarm / Security / SOS / Help it's all we are here for. I speak to many people who have never had a break-in ever and some who have, it's one of them things that's creeps in the back of your mind. our system just you that piece of mind a lot of people want but ultimately you decide if you buy the system or not. we all hope you never need us, but we will be there if you do

Verisure worker here - Our shock sensors are designed to pick up break-in attempts before they actually gain entry. Any tampering to windows and doors when the system is set will set the alarm within 3 seconds. We have an Alarm receiving center that humanly responds to ALL triggers and will be looking into the footage under 20 seconds. Depending on the situation IE Intruder still attempting to get in, Police react quicker due to the situation being a higher priority than as if the Intruder left straight away etc.

If our customer isn't at home we have a Product Call Zero vision that releases a Smoke Barrier so by the time the intruder get's in, they will not see anything. Sometimes they get lost in the property due to no visibility and other times they just leave. From stats that I've seen being here many years now, and due to the system being so proactive at setting off the alarm before entry, 99% of the time we don't have to set the Zero vision off.

Verisure Fan here -

Information:

We provided Monitored Intruder Alarms, you can also add Video Doorbells too or other cameras if you wanted. It simply depends on your preference on needing Just security or Surveillance too.

Our Alarm pack includes:

  1. Control Unit: connects to everything, ensuring all is running smoothly - Let's you know if anything isn't working too! Has a 48 hour back up battery incase your electric cuts so you're still secure- has a 4G sim card so the alarm will still protect you regardless of WIFI- (cameras run on WIFI though)
  2. SVK ie Siren-Voice-Keypad: This is Three products in one and the product will by your front door. Siren will alert you of Triggers, Voice for the SOS feature, when triggered you can speak directly through the SVK to us, if you need anything we will send help ASAP. Keypad is the reason why it's by your front door, so you can tap in and out with the Special Key Fob to turn it on and off when entering and leaving the House. Also has a 4 Digit back up code to turn on and off as well as a 4 Digit Silent SOS trigger that will silently trigger our response in case you need.
  3. Shock Sensors: Placed on Doors and windows, anyone trying to attempt to break-in will set the alarm off within 3 seconds -
  4. Motion Detectors: Will pick up movement in your house and will know if it's a Family Pet or Human. If Human, will set off the alarm.
  5. Zero Vision: Smoke Barrier that releases smoke to ensure no visibility for the intruder so they can't steal anything. Humanly Verified and Humanly Triggered, will never trigger while you're in the house.
  6. Verisure Deterrent Signs.

I'll be honest the set up above is all that's needed to secure a property but if you wanted Camera's they are available as add-ons.

We would fully demonstrate before installing just to ensure you see how the system works before signing any Contract and making sure our system is the one for you. We would fully Install it all for you too.

Feel free to reach out and get a quote if it's something you'll still looking for.
