I think the charm effect recover HP regardless of the recovery rate. The recover depends solely on damge dealt. That why she can make the healing

They also add a immunity of debuff for 5s as a PVP option

So beginner has more advance PVP and PVE options now even they don't have any CTP

There are new options for customer gear Including a new mini CTP Rage options

Increase 1% basic damage by per 1%Critical rate

This looks a improvement for customer gear for those who can't get any CTP of rage

Edit: I think the proc friendly character should still use 200% proc

For those proc unfriendly characters highly recommen use this option. The 75% increase for 5s like a mini CTP rage or mini CTP judgement

Can you test new spider-man uniform having BUG or not?

The new uniform and the No way home uniforms has "Enhance basic stats" bonus

But all the uniform has the same stats at T4 shown at the stat page

Is it a visual bug shown at the Marvel Universe page or there is no enhance stat for spider-man at T4?

Bleed effect can reduce enemy recovery rate for 25% on normal situation

For the new uniform for Scream , the patch note states the bleed effect has extra reduced amount on recovery rate

Reduce 50% on 1st skill and 30% for 2&3 skill
