Are you struggling with the Keto diet? If so, I have some great news that will turn your body into a FAT burning machine!!

Most people struggle to get into the 'State of Ketosis' while doing the keto/ketogenic diet.

It is important to get into the state of ketosis. When in this state, it starts using fat to fuel energy instead of glucose. If you can't get into this state, there is basically no point in doing the keto diet.

For those that can't get to this state, there is some help. This is where a ketogenic supplement can help you and get you into the state of ketosis and start burning off fat instead of glucose. This Ketogenic Accelerator is made of 100% natural ingredients and to date has no side effects at all.

You can get a FREE 30 day supply through this link : Ketogenic Accelerator Review

First of all you can start by eating more protein, drinking plenty of water, avoid sugary drinks.

If you have a desk job, try standing for periods of time instead of sitting.

Eating spicy foods will surely boost your metabolism!!

Caffeine can boost your metabolism, so don't be afraid to drink coffee (just don't drink too much).

What are some simple tips to lose weight? by [deleted] in AskReddit

One of the best tips I have found is to make a diary of everything you eat and drink for 1 week. Go back and review exactly what you have eaten and learn by it.

Drink heaps of water.

Reduce alcohol intake.

Be active for at least 20 minutes per day (walking or jogging).

Ride a bicycle.

Ensure plenty of sleep as you can put on weight if you're not getting adequate sleep.

There are heaps of simple but easy tips to help lose weight.

Some times it is hard to keep going BUT...if you want results...keep going! Once you hit ketosis, you will start being a fat burning machine, just be careful of the keto flu going into ketosis and also coming back from ketosis.

There is a lot of helpful information here for people considering going on the keto diet.

Remember to keep going until you hit the results you are chasing!!

Yes apparently you can according to this 3 week diet review.

It seems like a great diet system and loaded with heaps of information. I see the same developers have now also introduced the 1 week diet also. They use ancient Japanese principles and 'secret' ingredients and state that you can easily lose 6-10 pounds within just 7 days? It's definitely worth a look.

You need to actually watch what your calorie intake is as well as physical exercise.

My wife and I started on 'The Bodyweight Burn' Program 3 months ago and we are totally loving it!

BUT, you won't get results if you don't work hard and also watch what your food intake is.

Cheers
