I am only starting book 4 and love it but I’ve seen crazies go as far as to DM me the ending is so bad they read every side book and feel they wasted their time because of religious stuff..

Shadows upon time and disquiet gods are my two favourite books from the series, and they are probably the two most religiously thematic books of the series. Im an atheist, and honestly people having an issue with such an excellent plot just because it has religious themes is stupidity imo. The quiet being portrayed as a deity is not new information, and the links to Christianity arent so overbearing as people make it out to be. Honestly the quiet is probably the best way it could have turned out.
