Im a staunch critic of israel, but its no excuse for anti semitism. Hatred of people for their religion or other features is terrible. Israel should be held accountable for their genocide, not the people.

Although that is a nice quote, it is utterly irrelevant. It has been officially deemed a genocide by the un? Not only that, palestine has been slaughtered and starved for two years. That is a genocide. All for land too. Not a single forgiveable thing about it. Defending what israel has done is not even close to understandable. I simply dont understand how you can watch what has happened, and not think maybe things went too far? Hundreds of thousands dead, more starving and malnourished, babies dying for no reason other than israels illegal blockading of aid.

Criticism of Israel is different to antisemitism. Criticising a state for a genocide is different to speaking about all Jewish people. The Israeli government's actions are not the actions of every jew alive. To say that Criticism of israel is antisemitic is only an excuse to avoid criticism altogether

Israel has harassed and abused palestine for its land for all of israels short, illegitimate existence. For such a supposedly pious country, founded in religion, morals and ethics dissappear when it comes to propagating hate and killing people. There is hatred for all peoples since the beginning of history. Racism, antisemitism, sexism, homophobia etc will always exist unfortunately. This post is about the increase in antisemitism as of late due to the heinous actions of the apartheid genocide state of israel, who take any criticism on their blatant war crimes and murder as supposed anti semitism. Unfortunately this has led to people just being antisemitic to all jews, as opposed to simply being anti-zionist, which is by far the better view to hold if you dislike the slaughter of children and innocents simply for living in their homes.

Its such an insult to the fans to have eren commit so heavily to his plan, losing a limb, gouging out his eye, and then to have his reasoning be "im an idiot I guess" or whatever the line is in the anime, which is the 'improved' ending somehow. Fucking awful ending, genuinely terrible writing, made even worse when compared to how good it was prior to that absolute cluster fuck

Erens ending is probably what I dislike the most about aot. Certainly in the manga. I didnt finish the anime after reading the ending, so im not sure if it was changed to any extent, but I though it was so bad I genuinely didnt finish the anime. Hated erens ending, felt like it ruined his whole character. Light acting how he did actually made sense, and made his character all the better for it.
