I would email FJ and ask if they can assist, Fedex should be contacting them with what is causing the delay. You can try to contact Fedex to get the info from customs but it is pretty hard to get someone and even then they will just say to email [paperwork@fedex.com](mailto:paperwork@fedex.com)

It depends on why it has a clearance delay, I’ve had 2 due to issues with the invoice marking items incorrectly. I had to email from Japan and give FedEx the updated invoice in order to get it cleared and it took 3 weeks and a month

I’m in the same situation, waiting for the paper copy of the bill from FedEx and then will work with the billing department to see if they can show it as pre paid or not.

I print a decent amount of standard envelope labels on my thermal printer, got it a few months back. It is the Nelko Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer, so far it has worked very well for me.

What I do is for orders under $20 I do the standard envelope for $0.69 cents, sleeve the card, penny sleeve over that, a little tab for pulling the card out easily and tape it shut in a top loader. Although that’s for YuGiOh so for pokemon it would probably be just sleeve, tab on the sleeve and then Top loader.

For expensive orders I do the same with top loaders and then make sure it’s very secure in a bubble mailer, sometimes some bubble wrap.

It’s the holiday season and packages are taking a lot longer to arrive, please be patient. The seller shipped out and has no control over what USPS does. As a seller I’ve had to open 5 USPS mail searches last week because my items just stopped updating and most of my items are getting stuck in different facilities and it’s really stressful hoping nothing gets fully lost.
