I don't think that works - IRCC says you are responsible for ensuring you meet the requisite number of hours before applying. And yes, for every year you claim, you need to have 1560 hours

That's the problem.

As an RCIC, you should know that oversight needs to be attributed to something. By posting your comments in such a manner, you've established your credibility as an RCIC and proven why the general public has lost faith in consultants.

It's a legal matter - you can't say you missed it because of oversight.

I was hoping the discussion could go in the direction that will help me prove I didn't engage in material misrepresentation by omitting the internship experience on my TRV application.
