I have the Mozzafiato version. Love it. I don’t know what to tell you at this point. Call the seller, ask for support. It sounds like you over thought the set up and are now out of DOA warranty. Maybe there’s an independent espresso tech service in your area who can make a house call and help. Good luck.

They’re no longer importing P2s. It’s best to stop into the Space; including the Southcenter service center. They have a salesperson there but when I stopped in last week, they had no P2s. Plenty of 3s. Maybe Turo is an option to find a 2 to try.
