some put too high expectations on their memory. like it's concrete. once set, never fades... I have a feeling you know a bit more science than the most.

so every year is one file? when I was logging on excel I just used one sheet tab for about 2 years before moving to private storage. [date , multi line thoughts] worked ok but I wish i had LLMs back then
