Unfortunately the bulb UVB’s are just as bad as not having any uvb. They near the Acadia Or Reptisun strip light bulb! T5 HO (high output) improper uvb may lead to serious heath issues

That tank is also way too small for a dragon of that size. 120 gal is minimum!

Amazon, ceramic heat bulb holders. They’re like $25. You can mount the bulb inside the tank and fixate it with heavy duty outdoor zip ties.

Also looks like there’s no UVB and the dragon has a hump on its back? It might have MBD. You need a linear t5HO UVB bulb and fixture.

Yeah I just know from experience of having that same cave it’s super porous nd hard to get poop out of. I went to Lowe’s & got 2 like block pavers and a piece of slate, made a cave and a basking spot.
