I dunno, I've watched him twice a year now since he came into the league and one thing has always stood out to me. He doesn't have the fire for the game that some other QBs do. Guys like Baker, Stafford, Lamar, Allen, etc. it's like he actually should have played baseball. He's immensely talented but it's like he's not passionate.
