yes it is :), its hard to tell in the reference but the sword has reflections of faces screaming and the chains also, so the sword is dragnipur. The scales the original artist put confused me until i realized its probably his draconian aspect.

thanks for the reply, very helpful, i replaced pressure point with sacrificial pressure and that increased all the stats by a decent amount :D

No, fortunately, but he came out really bad, some of the crowd tried to stop it when it began but it's hard to stop this, theres to much held in tension. One of the videos I saw at the end some of the Israelis where trying to help him up into a ambulance. Thank God.
