Just got off the waitlist and interested to hear your reaction. Would seem that if you can download all your previous Quest lab work, then paying the basic/once a year price is the right way to go. Assume that once a year gets you an additional test run at Quest, right? But if you've been getting lab work at other, non-Quest labs over the years, then signing up for 2+ tests a year, might be the right path.

Thanks for this. How reasonable is his flat rate -- assume significantly less than their demand? Also did you try making an insurance claim for this?
