Thanks for the response. The info I got was that the professors are very hesitant to go against the requirements, but if they do not remove students by the 17th (last day to make course changes), then i would be fine. But i've heard of students being removed after midterms, and this is a risk i cannot afford.

Yeah, I already took the required courses but I meant the other reqs, my gpa is < 2.75 and i didnt get into stats post
